PAN-FRY: - Without adding cooking oil, place frozen dumplings flat-side down in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. - Slowly pour in 3 oz. of water. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes. - Uncover and continue to pan-fry until the bottom is golden brown and all water has evaporated. - Turn off heat, serve and enjoy crispy, juicy dumplings!
