Add a Japanese twist

Dashi (soup stock) is a foundational base of many Japanese dishes including miso soup, ramen, and hot pot.

HONDASHI® makes it easy to create a flavorful dashi without spending hours in the kitchen. Use 2/3 teaspoon (2 g) per 300 ml (1 1/2 cups) of water, then add any ingredients of your choosing.
