1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
2. Without adding oil, place gyoza flat side down in the pan.
3. Add 1/3 cup of water and cover for about 3 minutes.
4. Uncover and continue heating until the water evaporates and the bottom is golden brown.
5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
Appliances may vary. Adjust cooking time as needed to heat thoroughly.
