Ajinomoto’s Jumbo Chicken Shumai bring Japan’s favorite shumai from overseas to your table. These soft, oversized dumplings are packed with layers of umami-rich flavor from the seasoned chicken and savory vegetables.

Microwave
1. Place all pieces of frozen shumai dumplings on a microwavable dish.2. Cover and heat on high for 3 minutes, or until hot.
For best results, rinse frozen shumai in water before microwaving. Shumai will be very hot. Use caution when handling.
Air Fryer
1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F.2. Place all pieces of frozen shumai dumplings in air fryer basket.
3. Heat for 9 minutes, or until hot.
Heating time and temperature may vary between air fryer models.
Steamer
1. Place sufficient water in a steamer and bring water to a boil.2. Add all frozen shumai dumplings and steam for 17 minutes, or until hot.
For Sauce
Remove sauce packet and place in warm water to thaw.CAUTION: Heating time may vary. Use caution as product will be hot. Keep frozen until ready to use.
