Microwave
1. Place one unopened frozen gyoza bag into the microwave, ensuring the venting side is facing up. Microwave on high for 2 minutes 15 seconds.2. Since product will be hot, let it stand for 1 minute and carefully remove from microwave. Cut open.
3. Carefully place heated gyoza into a dish, pour sauce over and enjoy.
Steamer
1. Fill a steamer with enough water and bring it to a boil.2. Cut open gyoza bag, and place frozen gyoza in the steamer in a single layer with flat side down and leaving space between gyoza. Steam for 6-7 minutes, or until heated through.
3. Remove gyoza from the steamer, pour sauce over and enjoy.
For Sauce
Remove sauce packet and place in warm water to thaw.Optional Pan-Fry Step for a Crispy Bottom
1. After Step 2 in microwave instructions, pre-heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and place the heated gyoza on heated pan flat side down.2. Heat for an additional 3 minutes or until bottoms turn golden brown.
3. Place on a plate browned side up and serve with the sauce.
