PAN-FRY: - Without adding cooking oil, place gyoza flat-side down in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. (Depending on your pan, lightly coat or spray with oil before Step 2.) - Slowly pour 3 oz. of water into the pan. Cover and cook for about 7 minutes. - Uncover and continue to pan-fry the bottom side only until golden brown and all water has evaporated. - Turn off heat, serve and enjoy crispy, juicy gyoza!
