Barbequed Pork Fried Rice
Taiwanese‑style fried rice stir‑fried with BBQ pork, plump shrimp, and crisp lettuce, all seasoned with Hondashi® for a smoky‑sweet umami boost.

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp – vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
4 oz – BBQ pork, diced
4 oz – shrimp, peeled and deveined
1¼ cups – cooked rice
4 oz – lettuce, diced
1½ tsp – hondashi®
Pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat; add beaten eggs and scramble.
2. Add BBQ pork and shrimp; stir‑fry until shrimp are nearly cooked through.
3. Add rice; stir‑fry until well combined.
4. Stir in lettuce, hondashi®, and pepper; mix thoroughly and serve.
