Spicy Tuna Roll

1 lb tuna, ground

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp Sriracha

1 tsp rayu (spicy sesame oil)

½ tsp Hondashi®

3 cups sushi rice, prepared

5 sheets nori

Garnish: sesame seeds, toasted

DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, Sriracha, rayu, and Hondashi®; stir until well blended.
2. Place about ½ cup of sushi rice on a plastic‑wrapped sushi mat and spread evenly.
3. Lay one sheet of nori on the rice, then arrange the tuna mixture in a line along one edge.
4. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat to form a log, then remove the mat.
5. Slice into pieces, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
