Kimchi Pancake (Kimchijeon)

A savory Korean pancake made with chopped kimchi and scallions in a light batter, pan‑fried until golden and crispy.

INGREDIENTS

½ Cup – Flour
1 Cup – Kimchi, Chopped And Drained
¾ Cup – Scallion, Chopped
1 Tsp – Hondashi®
2 Tbsp – Cornstarch
½ Tsp – Sugar
1 Tsp – Salt
¼ Cup – Kimchi Juice, Reserved
½ Cup – Water
4 Tbsp – Oil

HONDASHI® Bonito Soup Stock 2.11 oz Bottle

DIRECTIONS

1. In a mixing bowl add flour, kimchi, green onion, Hondashi®, cornstarch, sugar, salt. Kimchi juice, and water. And mix well
2. In a non-stick pan over medium heat add oil.
3. Add desired amount of mixture to the pan and cook for 3 minutes,
4. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and serve.
