DIRECTIONS
1. In a small pot over medium heat, combine water, hondashi®, salt, light soy sauce, and mirin; bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and allow the sauce to cool to room temperature.
3. Serve chilled alongside cold udon or soba noodles.
