Chicken Gyoza with Mushroom Chili Crisp Sauce
With a simple teriyaki and chili crisp sauce, these flavorful stir-fried mushrooms are the perfect pairing with Ajinomoto Chicken Gyoza. Serve as an easy dinner or a party appetizer.

INGREDIENTS
- 12 Ajinomoto – Chicken Gyoza
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 8 oz sliced brown mushrooms
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced and divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp chili crisp, plus more for serving
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare gyoza according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium-high heat, heat sesame oil. Cook mushrooms, half the green onions, garlic, ginger and salt for 3 to 4 minutes or until starting to soften. Stir in teriyaki sauce and 2 tbsp chili crisp. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Toss in gyoza until well coated.
3. Garnish with remaining green onions and cilantro. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with more chili crisp.
Tip: Use white mushrooms or a medley of both mixed with shiitake and oyster mushrooms.
