Chicken Gyoza with Easy Noodle Stir-Fry
Speedier to prepare than calling for take-out, this irresistible veggie noodle stir-fry with Ajinomoto Chicken Gyoza is a quick and satisfying meal that’s sure to please the whole family.

INGREDIENTS
- 16 Ajinomoto – Chicken Gyoza
- 8 oz chow mein noodles
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 cup trimmed snow peas
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- Thai sweet chili sauce, for dipping
DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare gyoza according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, boil noodles according to package directions and drain.
3. In small bowl, whisk together lime juice, oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey and sesame oil.
4. In wok or large skillet set over high heat, heat canola oil. Stir-fry garlic till fragrant. Add red pepper, carrots, cabbage, onion, snow peas and salt; cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until starting to soften. Add noodles. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until noodles are almost heated through. Pour in lime juice mixture. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until veggies are tender, and noodles are heated through and well coated in sauce.
5. Divide noodles among plates. Top with gyoza and garnish with green onions, cilantro and sesame seeds. Pair with Thai sweet chili sauce for dipping gyoza.
Tips: Add 2 tsp curry powder to noodle stir-fry with the salt if desired.
For easy preparation, use prepared cabbage mix and prepared matchstick carrots.
