Microwave:

1. Completely peel off plastic film from the bowl.
2. Add water to the bowl making sure not to exceed the maximum fill line.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes or thoroughly to 165 F.
(After cooking, add water to taste)
4. Since bowl and product will be HOT after cooking, remove carefully, STIR WELL to mix, and ENJOY!

CAUTION: Bowl and contents will be hot after cooking. Please take care when handling. Do no reuse bowl. For microwave use only.
