Pan Fry (Recommended):
1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
2. Without adding oil, place 6–12 gyozas flat side down in the pan.
3. Slowly pour 3 oz of water into the pan, then cover for 5–7 minutes.
4. Uncover and continue heating until all the water has evaporated and the bottom is golden brown.
5. Turn off heat. Carefully plate and serve.
6. Enjoy crispy, juicy gyozas!
