Yaki Udon
Chewy udon noodles stir‑fried with shaved pork, crisp onions, bell pepper, and cabbage, all seasoned with Hondashi® and soy sauce for a quick, satisfying Japanese noodle dish.

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided

2 oz pork, shaved

Salt and pepper, to taste

⅓ cup onion, sliced

⅓ cup green pepper, sliced

3 oz cabbage, cut into 2 × ½ in squares

7 oz udon noodles, prepared

1 tsp Hondashi®
-
½ tbsp soy sauce

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add pork, season with salt and pepper, and cook until just browned.
3. Add onion, green pepper, and cabbage; cook until tender, then remove and set aside.
4. Add remaining 1 tbsp oil, then the udon noodles.
5. Sprinkle with ½ tsp Hondashi® and pour in soy sauce; toss to combine.
6. Stir‑fry until the noodles are lightly browned.
7. Return pork and vegetables to the pan, sprinkle with the remaining ½ tsp Hondashi®, stir briefly, and serve.
