INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp – Gochugaru
1 Tbsp – Rice Vinegar
1 tsp – Sugar
1 Tbsp – Sesame oil
2 Tbsp – Soy sauce
½ tsp – Hondashi®
1 Tbsp – Sesame seeds, toasted
½ tsp – Garlic, chopped
⅓ Cup – onion, sliced
⅓ Cup – Cucumber sliced
¼ Cup – Scallions. Sliced
2 Cups – Lettuce, chopped

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl combine Gochugaru, Rice vinegar, Sugar, Sesame oil, Soy Sauce, Hondashi®, Sesame seeds, and garlic. Then whisk well to combine.
2. Add Onion, Cucumber, Scallions, and lettuce and toss until well coated in the dressing.
