A classic Korean dish featuring thinly sliced sirloin marinated in a savory‑sweet blend of soy sauce, Asian pear, garlic, and ginger, then quickly stir‑fried with onions for tender, flavorful beef.

INGREDIENTS
¼ Cup – Soy sauce
2 Tbsp – Mirin
¼ Cup – Asian Pear, puree
¼ Cup – Scallion, sliced
2 Tbsp – Onion, minced
1 Tbsp – Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp – Sesame oil
1 tsp – Hondashi®
1 tsp – Black pepper
1 Tbsp – Ginger, chopped
2 Tbsp – Brown sugar
½ Cup – Onion sliced
1 lb – Sirloin, sliced thin
DIRECTIONS
1. In a mixing bowl combine Soy sauce, Mirin, asian pear,onion, garlic, sesame oil, Hondashi®, black pepper, Ginger, and brown sugar and whisk together to make the marinade.
2. Pour the marinade over the beef and mix well until well covered.
3. Cover the marinated beef and refrigerate.
4. Allow to marinade for 6 to 24 hours before cooking.
5. Cook the beef with sliced onions over high heat.
